Time to get your Jelly Roll's out!!!!! Cathy James is going to teach us how to make this adorable skirt out of a Jelly Roll, how COOL is that!!!!!! Join us on Thursday September 25th with your favorite Jelly Roll and an extra yard and a half of solid to match. Then learn an innovative and exciting technique to make a simple but adorably cute skirt for yourself or anyone in your life!!!!!! Cathy will teach you how to piece together your Jelly Roll, pleat together with a matching solid of your choice, then attach a waist band and voila you have a HANDMAID skirt!!!!!
