Machine Binding 4 Ways with Martha Sherriff
In this exciting class you will learn 4 kinds of binding: straight binding, bias binding, two color binding, and flange binding using no tools whatsoever. There is some at home prep work REQUIRED, which will be emailed to you when you sign up for the class. You will need a sewing machine, glue stick, 1/4" foot with a flange and the usual sewing supplies including a small mat and 3x18 ruler. THE PREP WORK BEFORE CLASS IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR A SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME!!! You will need a fat quarter and 2 coordinating 1/4 yard cuts of fabric, stripes are acceptable and make a really cute binding.
